Think positive thoughts for positive results

positive thoughts

You can’t control everything that enters your mind, but you can control your reaction. The other day I was walking in the rainy Pacific Northwest.

My shoulders instinctively tightened as the cold rain pelted my neck. Then I remembered Willie’s advice.  “I love the rain. It keeps everyone else indoors. I get outside to myself!”

Replace negative thoughts with positive ones for positive results.

I enjoyed my walk in the rain.
