Getting out of bed and strapping on your shoes can be exhausting. Showing up to the training group, running in the rain or following that 30 minute online yoga routine in your underwear can feel exhausting. But when you’ve done a couple workouts you feel better. Don’t you?
Now, go use your extra energy to be a better parent, live your authentic self or serve your community. That’s human power.
